📍Did you know?
Todd Agnew spent years as a professional pheasant guide across the upland-rich states of Kansas, Iowa, and South Dakota?
Long before he became a nationally recognized Spaniel trainer, Todd was walking the prairies and crop fields with his trusted Springers and Labs, putting hundreds of wild roosters in the air each season. As a guide, Todd wasn’t just putting hunters on birds — he was training dogs in real-time, under the pressure of fast-moving flushes and long retrieves across open ground.
His Springers and Labs were masters of quartering gun to gun, working heavy cover, and producing explosive flushes, his Springers and Labs brought game back cleanly, no matter how long the track. Day after day, bird after bird, these dogs became polished, reliable, and sharp — not from weekend drills, but from doing the job they were bred for.

It’s that real-world hunting experience that sets Todd apart. He didn’t learn how to train gun dogs in a textbook or a backyard — he lived it, season after season, across thousands of acres and countless hunts. Today, that depth of knowledge forms the foundation of his training program — helping hunters and handlers develop dogs that perform when it matters most.

We don’t guess. We know what works.
🎯 Real birds.
🎯 Real training.
🎯 Real gun dogs.
