Riggins, the fun little crazy cocker with one blue eye and one black eye, also known as wonky eye. From the get-go, he was unique.
When we lived in Illinois, Riggins and Joe would visit quite often. Joe would come down to the farm to train with Todd. The farm gave us many laughs together, and some will remain unforgotten. One of our greatest joys was going up to Joe's camp in WI to chase grouse in the woods. This was where Riggins had his first grouse experience. Todd and Joe couldn't contain their excitement.
