John & Clair Earn Junior Hunt Test Passes at Southern Tier Spaniel Event

This past weekend was a stepping stone for John and Clair, she earned 2 Junior Hunt Test passes at the Southern Tier Spaniel Hunt Test. After months of focused training, this talented spaniel—and her committed trainer John—showcased a great connection in the field together.

Earning a Junior pass is no small feat—it demonstrates that a young gun dog understands the foundations and control in the field. John and Clair rose to the challenge, navigating marked retrieves and while communicating seamlessly with her handler. Their success is a testament to consistent development, positive reinforcement, and the hard work that goes into every training session.

This is so great! After the hunt test John, Mona and Clair took a drive over to NH so they could go on top of MT. Washington Summit... If you have never been up there this is a must do trip... You better check the weather though because at any moment it can change which can change all of your plans..... Thank for sharing and a big congratulations on your 2 junior passes.
